Step1 Warming-up

Greetings and free talk.

Listen and write some words and sentences.

Check the answers.

Step2 Presentation

T: Look at the pictures, who are they? Please guess.

S: They’re Mike and his family

T: What are they talking about? Please watch the cartoon.

Watch the cartoon.

Teach the new words: buy presents, Father Christmas, a Christmas tree, Christmas Eve, put, stocking, Christmas Day, turkey, pudding, next, then, finally.

Ask, answer and fill the forms. ( First-buy presents for our family and friends, buy a Christmas tree, see Father Christmas Next-put some pretty things on the Christmas  tree, put our presents under the Christmas tree Then-put a stocking on the bed, wait for presents Finally-wake up early, open the presents, have a big lunch, eat a turkey and a Christmas pudding)
